The Perfect Tea Sandwich
Surfing the Net has revealed more interesting tea information. Here is a link to the T-Cozy. It shows how to make the perfect Cucumber Sandwich for a tea. It is not as simple as I thought it to be.

Thanks for sharing the link to T-Cozy's Cucumber Sandwich technique. There are so many ways to make a cucumber sandwich! I've posted two options on our blog - peek at the Jan. 8, 2008 post for two possibilities. Not quite a tutorial, but a good recipe none-the-less.
