Vanity Tags

I enjoy reading vanity tags. A walk through the parking lot at a dog show is always interesting. Exhibitors are very creative people. Some plates show a great sense of humor. Also, I like seeing how far some have travelled to attend the show. Take a stroll with me:

Most tags require no explaining.

Possible agility person.

Breed choice is quite obvious on a lot of tags.

Ummm, OK.

Definitely into agility.

I am still trying to figure out this one. Is she into dog puddles or poodles?

I think this is another agility person.

Hmm, this could apply to a lot of things.
This tag needs no explantion. I think it would be fun to be able to proudly display that on my car. But first, I have to win one. :o)

I always check out vanity plates, also. Some people are very creative.

Speaking of plates, I think it is funny that just recently the DMV of North Carolina discovered that a certain 3-letter combination was commonly used (in chat rooms, emails, text msgs, etc) to represent an offensive phrase. Evidently they were appalled to learn of it and they have offered car owners with that 3-letter combination in their tags an opportunity to exchange tags if they consider their current one offensive. It was especially funny because a sample license plate with the 3-letter combination actually appeared on DMV's website. It was subsequently removed.

LOL nice! Dave just got a vanity plate in the mail the other day, but suffice to say it's not dog related. :P
