My youngest turned 16 this week. I asked Brent what he wanted for his birthday. He said to get his license. So I said, but what do you want to DO for your birthday. He said get his license.
So guess where we went? To the Dept of Motor Vehicles on his birthday. He passed his driving test. His good friend, Maddie, was there to get her license to. At the time we took the picture, she had not taken her driving test yet. I don't think she would have had such a big smile on her face if she knew that she was about to fail the test. :(Happy Birthday Brent!
